This will FIX the problem with the Google Play Store.

adding to GRUB:

options=android_init_fix

It goes on the same line directly after 

cros_debug

on Grub boot entry.

------------------------------------------

Boot to Chrome OS

Open the Chrome Browser

CTRL ALT 1  to open the Terminal

Type:

shell

Command to Edit GRUB:

sudo edit-grub-config

Use the Arrow keys to navigate,

goes on the same line directly after cros_debug

and type:

options=android_init_fix

To make the changes, press Ctrl + x to quit, y to save, then press enter to confirm.
