2016 - Intel XDK - How to Install on Ubuntu 16.04 & Linux Mint 18 - November 4

The Intel® XDK has all the capabilities you have
come to know and love for developing mobile HTML5 apps (including Apache* Cordova*) for
Android*, iOS*, and Windows* 10 UAP. The difference is, we have included software
development capabilities for Node.JS-based, on-board, IoT apps.
Download it Here:

https://software.intel.com/en-us/intel-xdk

1- Save it to your Home Folder
2- Go to your Home Folder & Right Click IntelXDK File and Select Extract Here
3- After Extracted, the File Directory will be:
/home/your_username/xdk_web_linux64_3641
4- Open the Terminal (CTRL + ALT + T )
and Type: cd and right click and paste the IntelXDK directory
It will be like this:
cd /home/your_username/xdk_web_linux64_3641
5- then Type/paste this Command to start the installer:
./install.sh
6- Follow the instructions to complete the installation.
7- You Might have to install git:
sudo apt-get install git
